The Big Give 2025
We are on a special mission in March to break new ground and amplify often unheard stories…can you help?
Goal
We are developing our new artistic work, Blind Spot, into an one-act, one-hour production to take to stages.
The challenge
This is the first time we have taken dance theatre with spoken word to the stage to share the lived experiences of our community and we are doing it in the most financially challenging time ever to make dance and theatre in the UK. Yet we continue to strive for the highest quality production worthy of world class stages.
Our charity can’t do it on our own.
The mission
We need to raise £2500 during 18th – 25th March 2025 with donations here.
CAN YOU HELP?
We’ve been selected by the Big Give Art for Impact campaign to raise £2500 and if we reach that target they will match it and the project will receive £5000. This would be a huge step for our project and break new ground for telling the often unheard stories of our community.
3 WAYS TO HELP:
- Donate as little or as much as you can during 18-25 March to help us reach our target. here
- Share on social media or forward this to a friend, to encourage support.
- Engage – share your experience of Fallen Angels in this campaign week visit the campaign page between 18-25 March to encourage others.
More details about the campaign
‘Blind Spot’ is Fallen Angels Dance Theatre’s new show for 2025, co-created with addiction survivors as a raw, authentic exploration of recovery – and we need your help to bring it to life!
We are thrilled to be involved in The Big Give’s Arts for Impact 2025 Campaign, a seven-day online match funding campaign which support arts and culture charities working to achieve societal impact across the UK. We are seeking donations from generous patrons so that we can fund Blind Spot, our newest creative endeavour for 2025.
Any donations raised help us to create a captivating final show by engaging professional lighting and sound designers to craft an immersive atmosphere that deeply resonates with our live audiences. Collaborating with these industry experts will provide our developing artists from recovery backgrounds with invaluable hands-on experience, enhancing their professional theatre skills and supporting their ongoing artistic and career development.
