Chester Hub – Outreach
Come along to Tomorrows Women and take part in our weekly sessions in 2026.
As our Artistic Director, Paul, says, “Getting out of your mind and into your body can be transformative in recovery. We’ve witnessed the positive ripple effect that being active has on other aspects of life. Our recovery community tells us every week how movement has improved their mental health and overall well-being.”
Our sessions include explorations of various creative arts and wellbeing activities, including breath work and movement to get out of the mind and into the body.
Workshops and projects are led by professional dance artists from Fallen Angels Dance Theatre through the Artistic Direction of Paul Bayes Kitcher, who is himself in recovery from addiction, with over 30 years professional experience in dance.
Booking is free of charge and required for attendance. To reserve your space, please complete our referral form or contact hello@fallenangelsdt.org.
