Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

- Making a donation or becoming a member so we can process your donation and manage your membership

- Applying for a job so we can process your application

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our website server, our internal IT systems, within our Customer Relationship Management system and within our Email Management system.
We will keep your name. contact details, contact references and engagement with digital communication until such time you remove consent or you have not engaged with us for two years. We will then dispose of your details by deleting your data from our internal IT systems.
When you make a donation or become a member we will record and store how much you have donated or the level of membership you have opted for until such time you remove consent or you have not engaged with us for six years. We will then dispose of your details by deleting your data from our internal IT systems. We will not store any payment information from donations or memberships such as card details, which will instead be processed via secure merchant accounts: Stripe or GoCardless.
We will keep job application information for two years after your application unless you specifically consent to us keeping your details on our record. We will then dispose of your details by deleting your data from our internal IT systems.
