Personal development and growth sessions that includes breath work, meditation, movement, and exploring creativity through drop-in sessions, and mini-projects. We offer regular outreach sessions in recovery settings and communities within our hub areas of Greater Manchester, Cheshire, and Liverpool, making our services accessible to those who need them most.

About

Our experienced dance practitioners collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach that enhances treatment, ensuring effective and positive outcomes. We also offer Tier 4 services to support those in treatment or rehab.

Consultancy and Mentoring

We also offer consultancy services to recovery organisations, public health commissioners, healthcare providers, and social prescribing hubs outside of our region on optimising dance for people in recovery.

Our Artistic Director and Creative & Strategic Director can facilitate mentoring sessions to support local dance artists to deliver and develop a sustainable activity in your community.
